Get help
Email support@thegamenextdoor.com for account help, safety concerns, access issues, or organizer support.
For Community reports, use the in-app report action where possible so the moderation team receives the exact content context.
Support access
Authorized staff may access records needed to help with accounts, events, leagues, organizations, community safety, reports, notifications, and service operations. Staff do not become participants, captains, organizers, team members, or organization members through that access.
Private direct messages are reviewed only when a participant reports the message or conversation. Privileged support actions are logged for audit.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion in the app from Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account.
