The Game Next Door is developed by Syrge Inc. and managed by Nothing Drops for players. Syrge Inc. remains responsible for this service. By using TGND, you agree to use the service responsibly and follow these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.

Community conduct

Do not post, message, organize, or share content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, illegal, spam, fraudulent, or unsafe. Users can report content and block users in the app. Syrge Inc. may remove content, restrict accounts, or close access to protect users and the service.

Events and organizers

Organizers are responsible for accurate event details, safe operations, roster decisions, and any offline payments they choose to manage. TGND does not currently process in-app payments.

Content rights

You must have the right to upload or share content you provide. You grant Syrge Inc. the limited rights needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that content inside TGND.

No emergency use

TGND is not an emergency service. For urgent safety, health, or legal emergencies, contact local emergency services.
